A Transformational Women’s Circle

Before the Forgetting, You Knew
There was a time when you trusted yourself completely. Before the world whispered its rules into your bones. Before you learned to shrink, to trade your wildness for safety, your instinct for approval.
But somewhere along the way, pieces of yourself were set aside—tucked away in childhood, motherhood, relationships, and careers, buried in silent spaces where you learned to swallow your truth.
The girl who ran barefoot in the mud.
The one who sang to the trees.
The one who dreamed in colors too bold for the world.
Where did she go?
And yet, not everything we carry belongs to us. We inherit the voices of others, the weight of expectations, the roles we were given but never actively chose. We take on burdens that are not our own, believing they define us. We forget the language of our own soul.
But the body remembers. The intuition whispers. The lost parts of you are not gone; they are waiting.
This Circle is your invitation to call them back.
This is the journey—through the dark, through the unknown, through the aching places where your truth still lingers. You will find her there. In the rhythm of your breath, in the pulse of your heartbeat, in the way your body longs to move. You will gather the forgotten dreams, the old desires, the unspoken longings.
You will reclaim your wildness.
You will return to the One Who Knows—the woman you have always been, the one who never truly left.
And when you do, she will be waiting for you.
In this sacred circle, you will journey to meet her again.
Through the experiences of:
Parts work, we will listen to the voices within us—both the ones we exiled and the ones we inherited that do not belong.
Through dance, we will move with the stories stored in our bones, shaking loose the weight of forgetting.
Through expressive arts, we will bring the unseen into form, giving shape to what longs to be reclaimed.
And through ritual, we will weave intention, transformation, and ceremony into our healing, calling back the One Who Knows.
This is more than an event it is a homecoming. A remembering. A reclamation of the wisdom and wildness that has always been yours.

Tickets are non-refundable, however you can assign them to another person for the same date.
Transparency on ticket pricing – 50% of ticket fees go to rental fees (so expensive to rent space in Toronto), 25% of the proceeds will go to a local charity, and the remaining 25% goes towards supporting my facilitation.
