–  Embodied Journey – Basic Membership ($49/per month) This Emailed based program is perfect for independent learners who thrive on self-paced exploration. With weekly emails packed with audio lessons, playlists, and workbooks, you can immerse yourself in the content at your own pace.

Embodied Transformation – Premium Membership ($149/per month): This Hybrid Experience, is for those seeking deeper engagement, support, and a more personalized experience, offers a blend of self-paced learning and 1-on-1 guidance. This option includes weekly email content with audio lessons, playlists, and workbooks to guide your personal exploration. + 1 one-on-one 60-minute monthly sessions (6 over the duration of course) with me to provide tailored support, reflection, and guidance as you move through the course. These personalized sessions are designed to help you dive deeper into your healing and embodiment journey.

This option is ideal for those who want a mix of self-guided work with the added benefit of personalized, in-depth support. You’ll receive the tools you need to reconnect with your body, plus the opportunity for direct, focused guidance to enhance your experience.

If you’re not ready for a full commitment, you can begin with the Free Membership, which includes introductory audio lessons, a mini playlist, and journaling prompts to help you start your journey toward reconnection.
